This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request a return, refund, or exchange for products purchased from OraSwiss, owned and operated by Ardian Cela.

30-Day Return Guarantee

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date they receive their order, as confirmed by the carrier’s delivery records. Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original, unused condition
• Include all boxes, tags, papers, manuals, and accessories
• Include any certificates of authenticity (if provided)
• Show no signs of damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair

Watches Over 1,500 € — Required Documentation

For watches valued above 1,500 €, the following documentation must be returned together with the watch:

• The Watch Register Certificate (if provided)
• Enquirus Ownership Transfer Document (where applicable)

Missing or incomplete documentation may reduce the refund amount or invalidate the return entirely.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, customers must contact us through our official email or phone number. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Please include in your request:

• Full name
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product (if necessary)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item or defective item).

Inspection & Refund Approval

All returned items undergo a detailed inspection by our specialists. If the product meets the return criteria:

Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear depending on the bank or payment provider.
